Q2. How about the ink cartridge for this printer?
A: It is solvent ink and now widely used in such non-porous materials as glass, plastics.And it cannot be erased unless you scrape with hard tool.You can buy the ink from us or in your local country.
Q3. What if the machine went wrong?
A: We provide one years machine warranty. During the warranty, we will provide the parts free of charge (except for artificial damage).After the warranty, we still provide whole lifetime online service. So any doubts, just let us know, we will give you video technical instruction.
